Introduction

1.1 Welcome to The Runway Incubator. This is the basic terms and conditions governing your participation in The Runway Incubator Program.

1.2 By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Program Participation

2.1 Acceptance: Participation in the Program is subject to acceptance by The Runway incubator management. It reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

2.2 Eligibility: Participants must be Omanis or international who meet the eligibility criteria outlined by The Runway. Any false information provided may result in immediate disqualification from the Program.

Services and Resources

3.1 The RUNWAY agrees to provide the following services and resources:

• Shared office space
• Mentorship and advisory services
• Networking events
• Training workshops
• Access to incubator facilities

3.2 The nature and availability of services and resources may vary, and The Runway reserves the right to modify them with notice.

Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Active Participation: Participants are expected to actively engage in Program activities, attend mandatory events, and make progress toward their set milestones and business goals.

4.2 Compliance: Participants must comply with all Runway policies and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal laws.

4.3 Incubation Period: Team participants must commit to the entire duration of the incubation period.

Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property developed during The Runway Incubator Program.

Equity Distribution

6.1 Startup Equity: The startup will own the majority of the shares and give minimal agreed shares to The Runway.

Confidentiality

7.1 Confidential Information: Participants agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared within The Runway Incubator Program, including but not limited to business plans, financial data, and trade secrets.

Duration and Termination

8.1 Duration: This agreement is effective upon acceptance into The Runway Incubator Program and will continue until termination by either party.

8.2 Termination: The Runway management reserves the right to terminate a participant from the Program for a violation of Program rules, misconduct, or any other justifiable reason.
